For the year 2020-2021 and 2021-22 YTD (as per ABS annual reporting on crime statistics): The number of people convicted and sentenced in ACT for the Principal Offence of possession of illicit drugs under Principal Offence 10 (illicit drug offences), 104 Possess and /or use illicit drugs For those convicted what percentage were charged because they were in breach of an ICO or other community order. To include redacted (removal of personal information of alleged offenders) of the briefs /charges prepared by ACT Policing for reconciliation purposes for all possession charges of illicit drugs.

All policy advice and supporting data provided to the Minister relating to his decision to exempt ACT firearm dealer license holders from the provisions of the Automatic Mutual Recognition (AMR) scheme, effective 1 July 2022.

All ACT Government contributions to the Firearms and Weapons Policy Working Group (Chaired by the Dept of Home Affairs) relating to the application of Automatic Mutual Recognition (AMR).
