Strategic Indicator 4: Awareness and Compliance with Human Rights and Interests

The ACT Human Rights Commission protects the rights of vulnerable members of the community.
The Commission provides community engagement, information, support and/or advice in relation to the roles and functions of their Commissioners, including how members of the community can access and protect their rights. Additionally, as required under the Human Rights Act 2004, the Directorate seeks to ensure that all legislation is compatible with human rights.
