Crime Prevention

The Justice and Community Safety Directorate hosts a range of programs and funds various research and crime prevention and reduction initiatives.

We build partnerships with business, NGOs, government and local communities to reduce crime and improve the safety and security of our citizens and visitors.

Programs include:

  • Home Safety Program
  • ACT Engine Immobilizer Scheme
  • Closed Circuit Television in public areas
  • ACT Policing community programs
